Stacey is the office manager for a publishing company in Lincolnshire and is in charge of a team of 60 people. Earlier this winter, she contacted Hog Roast Bardney to arrange a menu for the upcoming 
Christmas party that she is hosting for her staff. The party was set to include a festive dress code, gift exchanges, plenty of drinks, and a delicious Christmas buffet. Our catering manager Rob was happy to get involved with this event and discussed our festive buffet menu with Stacey. It was decided that this menu would be a perfect addition to the Christmas party and Rob got to work on ensuring that our menu would be a success.
On the day of the event, Rob and the Hog Roast Bardney team arrived at the venue in the afternoon to prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. We began our prep by whole-roasting the turkeys, which is the best way to ensure that the meat is succulent and juicy. The turkey was served alongside all of the traditional Christmas trimmings, including glazed carrots and sprouts, green beans, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, homemade gravy, and cauliflower cheese. Once it was time to serve the menu, the guests were able to choose the dishes they wished to try and enjoy a delicious festive meal with their colleagues. Our menu had plenty for everyone to enjoy, including enough for a second serving for many guests. The event was a lot of fun and our catering was definitely a successful addition!
