In our ever expanding pool of corporate partners and customers that we cater for at Hog Roast Gainsborough, this past week we’ve added one more yet. The New Design Group staff team called upon our valued corporate catering services to provide some smoke and spice and all things nice to their staff lunch on Friday. The perfect way to send the team off into the weekend, our Southern Slow Roast lunch closed out a hardworking week and kicked the weekend off with a bang!
Our corporate catering can provide all sorts of function to a business. Over our decades as a corporate caterer we have worked with many different businesses across many different industries, across both global and local names. Each business always looks for something different in our dining. For some, our service is best suited for impressing clients, others like to use our dining at the end of the year for their annual parties and Christmas nights out. Some come to us regularly for bi-weekly or monthly staff lunches brought to their own workplace. And some just use as a one-off for one of their special events.
Our event with the New Design Group fell into the category of staff lunch – one which we can hope to expand on to a more regular occurrence. If it’s a one-off however, at the very least we gave them everything. Our southern slow roast menu packs in tonne of flavour, a tonne of spice, a tonne of smoky barbecue flavour to replicate the barbecue and grill style of the American south. Such a feast would typically be enjoyed ‘family style’ with everyone just helping themselves to bounties of smoked meats and cooling sides. And what is a staff team like the New Design Group if not a family! Enjoyed buffet style with the Hog Roast Gainsborough team, their southern slow roast was just the thing to bring the staff team closer together and set them up for a new week ahead of even more great and innovative work in the furniture space!
