This past weekend we were delighted to do so once more with a fun and stylish birthday party. Our private party catering is all about getting together with friends and family to enjoy each other’s company along with some brilliant foods to match the day. A birthday event is just the thing for our dining. So, then, for this birthday event head chef Rob and the Hog Roast Market Rasen team headed out to Middle Rasen where we had 90 guests to cater for. This was up 40 from the original 50 that had initially been planned for, but what you will always get with Hog Roast Market Rasen is a willingness to adapt and remain flexible, whatever may change come the day of your event. Having worked in this industry for several decades, we know well enough that events are ever changing, often right up until the second you are serving. It pays, then, to be flexible for the customer and to prepare for every eventuality.
An addition of more guests is perfectly fine by us – our signature hog roast will still see everyone well satisfied regardless. Alone it could feed a hundred guests, so any addition of guests is just a question of how many more accompaniments we prepare. For this birthday event, guests also had the option to pile their plates high with freshly made fries, BBQ pulled jackfruit, seasonal leafy greens, creamy slaw, and plenty of gluten-free rolls to mop everything up with. The host had also request that our hog roast be pre-shredded ahead of time for ease – another request we were more than happy to take on.
Thanks to the preparedness of the whole Hog Roast Market Rasen team, this was yet another brilliant event well catered!
