Wedding Hog Roast in Blyth.

Last month we catered a hog roast in Blyth for 100 people at the stunning Hodsock Priory. A beautiful country house wedding venue set in the countryside with breathtaking views. The Bride and Groom had booked a simple Menu 1 for an 8.30pm serve. It was a fine day for a hog roast in Blyth. We have catered at some lovely places in the past but this was simply gorgeous. The happy couple had the venue set out wonderfully, and as we arrived we were quickly shown to where we would set up and serve from. As 8.30pm approached we prepared ourselves for the que of people which had formed but we had everyone served and happy with full stomachs in under an hour. After we had served, we cleared everything away discretely, wished the Bride and Groom all the best and set off home, another successful hog roast in Blyth.
