Somehow we’re already one month down in the year. January has flown by, but that is largely in part to the many excellent events that many of you chose to plan and host with the Hog Roast Markham catering team!
If the Hog Roast Markham team were worried about any kind of slow and droll starts to the year then those fears were assuaged almost immediately. The events have already been coming thick and fast. Often at the turn of the year January can come as quite a bit of a slowdown after the hectic Christmas period of events. But we have been so delighted to see so many others wanting to keep the good feeling from Christmas going with catered events. Not even the likes of Blue Monday have been able to keep many of you down; the good times are always a rolling, especially when you have a Hog Roast Markham menu to enjoy!
The month of January saw us mopping up the last of the Christmas office parties and dinners. Because December is such a busy month we sometimes have a bit of overspill into the new year for customers that couldn’t grab the booking slot they wanted. It’s not ideal, but at the very least everyone still gets to enjoy the festive menu that they came looking for. Plus, it’s a nice way to ease back into the year after the Christmas holidays! If it was up to us, festive dining would carry on all year round at Hog Roast Markham!
January was also Veganuary, which for a predominantly meat specialist is its own challenge but one we always love navigating with customers. Our chefs get to be creative with their menus, and we get to provide even more personal services to our customer’s liking!
Now we’re heading straight into February – Valentines and Six Nations Rugby events abound – and we can’t wait for what more 2025 will throw at us! Perhaps you might be a part of it by coming to Hog Roast Markham today!
