Dashing through the snow, in our hog roast catering van…Yes, it’s already that time of year again folks! And now that Christmas is just around the corner, our preparations for the festive season are well and truly underway.
The coming weeks, which are always the busiest time of year for us, will see our crew cater to all sorts of joyful events. But if you are someone who hasn’t quite managed to get your Christmas catering sorted out yet, then don’t panic! Hog Roast Sleaford still has some space left in our diary for any last-minute bookings, and our team cannot wait to help you create some life-lasting memories.
For culinary challenged client’s like Cat, our service is a total blessing, and every year, for the past ten years, she has relied on our team to deliver an exquisite meal that her whole family can appreciate. As one of our most regular customers, Cat has also built up a strong rapport with Hog Roast Sleaford’s expert catering manager, Rob who always goes above and beyond the call of duty to wow our clients at every service.
This year, Cat has chosen to indulge in our glorious turkey menu which combines a multitude of traditional festive flavours. Now, I know what you’re thinking: Isn’t turkey meat always dry? It certainly can be, but never at Hog Roast Sleaford! We’ve spent years mastering the perfect formula for flawless, fork-tender meat, and our clients love the result every single time.
Our free-range birds are well-seasoned and allowed to slow roast for several hours over real flames, which locks in the moisture and creates tender, juicy meat that is packed full of irresistible flavour. Accompanying the bird, side options of roast potatoes, a medley of seasonal vegetables, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding and pigs in blankets are also available, which are always a huge hit with the guests. Of course, Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without a sweet treat, and to complete every service, Hog Roast Sleaford serves our gorgeous, homemade mince pies with all brandy butter.
Cat is already looking forward to having Rob handle the Christmas dinner again this year, and we can’t wait either!
