Hog Roast Spilsby’s latest Client was happy-go-lucky birthday girl Ebony. With her 25th birthday looming, Client Ebony contacted the team about her birthday party and knew exactly what she wanted.
Client Ebony worked with the Hog Roast Spilsby team to put together a menu and catering package that met her needs and her budget. She wanted a tasty buffet for her 20 lucky guests to enjoy at her disco birthday party. As part of her catering package Client Ebony opted to have Hog Roast Spilsby supply disposable crockery and cutlery for the guests to use, these items would then be disposed of by the Chef, leaving birthday girl Ebony able to celebrate her special day.
Chef Rob arrived at the Marquee party venue several hours before the 6pm serving time. He set up the cooking equipment, catering gazebo and lights quickly so he could get to work on preparing the delicious buffet for the guests to tuck into.
Client Ebony had selected her dishes from the Southern Slow Roast menu, meaning they were all packed full of flavour. There were three delicious meaty treats for the guests to tuck into: there was BBQ Pork butt, Sticky Louisiana Pork Ribs and Creole Pulled Quarter of spiced lamb. Alongside this there was also delicious grilled vegetable skewers, and vegetable and halloumi skewers and a tasty Tzatziki sauce. But that wasn’t all! There was also platters of creamy Mac and Cheese, scrumptious corn cobettes and a tasty fresh green leaf salad. Finishing off the buffet was a big platter of lovely baked jacket potatoes and some fresh Memphis style crunchy coleslaw.
The buffet went down a treat with the guests! They tucked into the feast eagerly at 6pm on the dot, leaving Chef Rob able to tidy up quietly. All the rubbish from the catering was taken care of by Chef Rob, leaving birthday girl Ebony able to enjoy her special day with her party guests without worrying about tidying up. It was a job well done.
