We never thought we would be as busy for this time of year but we literally haven’t stopped. May seemed to creep upon us and the sun did too! We were west on Saturday for a 18th birthday party an evening affair in the local hotel and asked to cater for three hundred. Hog roast thought it best to supply a BBQ and the birthday boy agreed. Steak, pure beef burgers, jumbo sausages in crisp fresh buns vegetable stir fry and jacket potatoes with some lovely fillings our BBQ has proven worth its weight in gold and has been the best investment we made the plate cooks the food to sheer perfection everything is evenly cooked.
