Off to the capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds, renowned for its Bronze Age archaeological finds – but today Spitting Pig Lincolnshire was there to make Louth famous for out Hog Roasts Catering. With several options on off for today’s evens the van was loaded and team briefed on the days proceedings. We decided to take the scenic route via the Wolds, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, which provided us with fantastic views before getting our heads down and working hard to provide our amazing South Slow Roast menu. Low and Slow roasted shoulder of pork, brisket of beef and spring lamb. All free range and locally sourced – Rubbed and marinated in our secret blend and sauces. This long cooking process produces some of the tenderest and succulent meats with a great pulled effect. The crowd couldn’t wait to tuck into the food, and the aroma of roasting meat was driving them wild. After the meat was devoured along with our Cajun seasoned wedges and home-made slaw, we quickly clean up and pack down. Our serving gazebos were dismantled and with smiles on our faces from the excellent feedback we headed back to base. Another Successful day from Spitting Pig Lincolnshire.
